Animal Reiki Treatments

Wonder of BrightHaven yawns his approval
after receiving an Animal Reiki treatment
from Cathy.

Energy healing systems, like Reiki, have been used to help humans for thousands of years. We now know that these powerful healing modalities can be used to help animals.

Animal Reiki naturally complements animal communication as it comes from the same source and uses telepathy.

Animal Reiki is able to release energetic blockages which create imbalances and dis-ease in your animal.

As an Animal Reiki Teacher and Practitioner, Cathy offers in-person and distance Reiki treatments to help your animal companions feel their very best.

How Animal Reiki Works:

Animals intuitively recognize and understand the power of Reiki and know it has the ability to heal them. Plus they love receiving Reiki treatments when it is offered to them.

Energy healing modalities like Animal Reiki release energetic blockages that can be held in an animal’s entire being: physical, mental and emotional, spiritual bodies. By definition, Reiki is holistic in nature as it effects an animal's entire being: mind, body, emotions and spirit. However, it is not massage.

Reiki works by bringing about a deep relaxation response which allows the body to release toxins on all levels of the animal's being. When the animal's entire being is unblocked and balanced, it leads to increased wellness and happiness for your animal and you.

A Reiki treatment can do no harm and safely complements all holistic and Western healing modalities you may be using under your veterinarian's supervision like Chinese medicine; homeopathy; flower essences, Feldenkrais, acupuncture, Chemotherapy, etc. **

For example, Reiki can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, support an acupuncture treatment, and enhance the effects of flower essences.

For animals who are transitioning home to Spirit, Reiki is an especially powerful yet gentle tool to give your beloved animal companion as they go through the dying process. Reiki is pure love and therefore offers loving support and comfort which can give your animal relief from pain, fear, and anxiety thus easing their transition to Spirit.

Benefits of Animal Reiki Treatments:

  • It's simplistic, yet gentle and non-invasive;
  • Is safe, effective and can do no harm;
  • Animals intuitively understand and recognize the Universal Life Force known as Reiki;
  • Animals understand the healing power of Reiki on an instinctual level.
  • Reiki works by creating a relaxation response so the body can heal itself;
  • Compliments all healing modalities whether holistic or Western (allopathic);
  • Holistic in nature: Reiki works with an animal's entire being: mind, emotions, body and spirit;
  • Reduces stress and anxiety while creating a sense of well being, relaxation and balance;
  • Releases blocked energy that leads to imbalances and balances the body's energy;
  • Cleanses the body of toxins;
  • Speeds recovery from surgery, injury and illness;

After an Reiki treatment, results can be seen within the 24-48 hours. In some cases, you may notice an immediate change in your animal. Often, healing can be seen in your animal after only one or two Animal Reiki treatments. While some conditions may require regular on-going Reiki treatments to facilitate and complete the healing process.

To receive the maximum benefit, a regularly scheduled program of Reiki treatments is strongly suggested for the continued health and well-being of your animal companion.

In addition, to offering Reiki treatments, Cathy is an Animal Reiki Teacher. Like learning Animal Communication, she believes everyone, including you, has the ability to help animals by offering Animal Reiki and other modes of energy healing. It's easy to learn and enhances your ability to understand your animal telepathically.

**Please note: Animal Reiki and other energy healing modalities are powerful healing systems that compliment all healing modalities (Western or Holistic) that your Veterinarian may have prescribed for your animal. While Animal Reiki can cause no harm, it is never a substitute for veterinary care and diagnosis. You should always consult your veterinarian about the best course of medical treatment for your animal. Cathy works in partnership with veterinarians providing you and your animal with the best possible support.

If you feel your animal is not well, contact your veterinarian immediately.
