Cathy, an animal lover since birth, has always shared a special bond with animals. She has shared her life with dogs, cats, horses, guinea pigs, chickens and pigs. Currently, Cathy shares her life with her two cats, Mona-Marie and Elvis; her dog, Kobe Bear; and her husband, George.
From an early age, Cathy recognized that animals were unique and divine individuals with thoughts and feelings of their own. It wasn't until later in life that Cathy discovered that her ability to understand the animals was called "animal communication." |

As an Animal Communicator, Cathy offers private consultations and teaches people to communicate telepathically with animals during workshops and lectures. Cathy is internationally recognized, with clients throughout the U.S.A., Canada, Europe and Australia.Cathy has completed advanced studies and an apprenticeship in animal communication with Penelope Smith, renowned animal communication pioneer and author. Cathy is authorized to teach Penelope's Basic and Advanced 1 workshops.
A Humane Educator since 1996, Cathy has taught thousands of children in the public schools in Contra Costa County, California about being kind and responsible towards all living beings. She originally started doing humane education programs with her dog, KC until his untimely death in 2002. Currently, Cathy, with Kobe Bear's assistance, are volunteer humane educators with the Contra Costa Animal Services Department where they represent the county when doing classroom programs for school-aged children.Cathy and Kobe Bear also educates people of all ages about living responsibly with their animal companions.
In May 2004, Cathy and KC will be featured in the upcoming book, "Awakening to Animal Voices--A Teen Guide to Telepathic Communication with All Life" by Dawn Baumann Brunke. Ms. Brunke writes the following about Cathy and KC's contribution to her book, "KC shares his personal story (through Cathy's interpretation) of helping Cathy to heal so that the two could begin their shared voyage of going into classrooms and helping young people awaken to a deeper spiritual understanding of themselves and the connection we all (two-legged, four-legged, winged, finned and the earth herself) share. KC's story is beautifully told and reflective of the central truth that so many animals want to share or, as KC so aptly puts it, "to feel the pure love and joy that is universally known across all species of life."
Cathy holds a Masters Degree in counseling and education from John F. Kennedy University where she studied the human-animal bond. In addition, Cathy is a speaker and author.
Cathy's practice is dedicated in loving memory of KC The Keeshond, her dear friend, companion and teacher. Kitechaser (aka KC) crossed the Rainbow Bridge in January 2002. Although KC is in Spirit, he continues to be a great source of inspiration to Cathy. He will always be her "animal muse." |
