Your pet is a masterful meditation teacher who wants to deepen your heart connection and spiritual awareness.

During your Pet-Guided Meditation created especially for you, your pet will teach you a different way of seeing and being.

The goal of a Pet-Guided Meditation is to facilitate a heart-to-heart connection that creates more peace, harmony, health, and happiness.

When you take the time to meditate with your pet, they will thank you in many ways.

Create a Space of Healing and Love

When you meditate with your pet’s guidance, you create an open-hearted and compassionate space of healing and compassion.  Animals are grateful when we are peaceful, balanced, and peacefully present.

During your Pet Guided Meditation via Zoom, Cathy will create and lead you and your pet through  meditation session designed especially for you and your pet.  The session’s goal is to help you strengthen your heart connection and relationship while promoting overall wellness and joy.

A fun and easy way to access this unique healing space are by meditating with animals.

Animal-guided meditation is also the foundation for learning Animal Communication and practicing Animal Reiki.
