The goal of a Pet-Guided Meditation is to facilitate a heart-to-heart connection that creates more peace, harmony, health, and happiness.
When you take the time to meditate with your pet, they will thank you in many ways.
Create a Space of Healing and Love
When you meditate with your pet’s guidance, you create an open-hearted and compassionate space of healing and compassion. Animals are grateful when we are peaceful, balanced, and peacefully present.
During your Pet Guided Meditation via Zoom, Cathy will create and lead you and your pet through meditation session designed especially for you and your pet. The session’s goal is to help you strengthen your heart connection and relationship while promoting overall wellness and joy.
A fun and easy way to access this unique healing space are by meditating with animals.
Animal-guided meditation is also the foundation for learning Animal Communication and practicing Animal Reiki.
No one can open our hearts better than our pets. When we are heart-connected and feel their unconditional love it is nurturing and healing.
Meditating with your pet supports and improves your relationship. An Animal-Guided meditation session can cultivate a strong and loving relationship.
During an Animal-Guided Meditation session, Cathy helps you create a healing space to relieve stress, anxiety, fear, and anger. It also supports healing in older, ill, dying, and rescued pets.

A daily routine of at least 5 minutes a day being quietly present while sharing your heart with your pet can go a long way to helping them feel safe, secure, and loved.
Your pets give us unconditional love daily and deserve nothing less than our loving presence in return. Meditating with your pet tells them that you cherish and respect them.
Your pet appreciates it when you take the time to be mindfully present with an open heart.
It’s important to schedule your Pet Guided Meditation session when you can be in a calm relaxed place with minimal distractions. Your pet is welcome to do whatever they choose: they can be near you or in the room. It’s totally up to them.
Cathy will spend a few minutes talking with your and your pet. Then she will take you and your pet through a guided meditation specifically designed for you and your pet.
The meditation will last approximately 10 minutes. Afterwards, you will share your experiences and insights with your pet.
You will receive a recording of your session, so you can replay the meditation as often as you like.
All species are welcome. This includes dogs, cats (domesticated and feral), and horses. Pocket pets like rabbits, hamsters, ferrets, and guinea pigs. Exotic pets like snakes, iguanas, monkeys, and birds. All farm animals and wildlife.
While it is nice if your pet is with you during our call, it is not necessary. Your pet will know when our animal-guided meditation session begins regardless of where they are. Doing a guided meditation with you pet when they are in the hosptial or you are traveling can be very beneficial.
Yes! You will receive an audio and video recording. You will be able to replay the guided meditation.
