International Cat Day: Cats Are the Same Everywhere

From Malaysia to the Alps to Canada — what I learned talking with cats around the world.

Today, on International Cat Day, we’re celebrating our feline friends around the world.

As an animal communicator, I’ve had the honor of communicating with cats around the globe, and I’ve learned a profound truth about them.

In just one week, I helped a family in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, whose three cats were having turf wars in their high-rise apartment.

I also spoke with two cats in the Austrian Alps who acted out after their people left for a seven-day vacation; one was so upset she began pooping outside the litter box to let her people know how much she missed them.

And I connected with a fluffy tabby in Canada who was struggling to adjust to a new rescue kitten.

While the problems themselves were different, cats are cats no matter where they live. Each cat was seeking a sense of security, stability, and control over their environment.

Why This Matters

You are always energetically connected to your animals, whether you live in a bustling city in Asia or a quiet village in the Alps. Animals know this instinctively, but as humans, we often don’t realize that our connection knows no distance.

Telepathic animal communication can ease tension, help animals process change, and bring their people peace of mind. When we listen to what our animals are saying, we can work together to make life better—for everyone.

Permission, Presence, and Partnership

My work as an Animal Communicator is built on three core principles:

  • Permission: This is about respecting an animal’s autonomy and privacy. Just as you wouldn’t start a conversation with a stranger without their consent, an ethical communicator won’t invade an animal’s energetic space. Honoring an animal’s “no” is key to building trust.
  • Presence: This means quieting your mind to be fully receptive. This focused, calm attention is what allows for a clear, telepathic connection to form.
  • Partnership: This emphasizes collaboration over control. The goal isn’t to “fix” an animal but to facilitate mutual understanding between the animal and their person. This approach promotes a stronger, more trusting relationship and empowers them to work together.

One thing is clear: your animals want to be heard.

And most likely, your animal already has the answers — you just need a translator.

Wherever you are in the world, we can open that conversation together.
